Joining Hansa Gaming Affiliate Program
What is an Affiliate Program?
An Affiliate Program allows you to place links to our service on your web site. If a customer signs up and deposits through your web site, we pay you a commission percentage based on the monthly net rake from that player.
Why should I join?
There are many reasons to join! Becoming an Affiliate is free, and you’ll make money with very little effort. As an Affiliate, you can add value to the content of your site. We handle everything. We offer a wide range of creatives and you can trust our 21 years of experience, we know what players want. All you do is cash the check!
Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate?
No! It’s absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement. Tracking your site to Hansa Gaming will allow you to partner with a well established, international online poker room.
How do I become an Affiliate?
To become an Affiliate you will have to submit a completed Affiliate Program Application. We will evaluate your application and, where applicable, notify you of your acceptance. We may reject your application if we determine, in our sole discretion, that Your Site is not suitable for the Affiliate Program for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content on Your Site that we deem is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, which by way of example only, contains (i) sexually explicit, pornographic or obscene content (whether in text or graphics), (ii) speech or images that are offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, harassing or discriminatory (whether based on race, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical disability or otherwise), (iii) graphic violence, (iv) politically sensitive or controversial issues or (v) any unlawful behavior or conduct. Similarly, we shall reject your application if we determine, in our sole discretion, that Your Site is designed to appeal to minors. If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Affiliate Program at any time. However, we are not under any obligation whatsoever to disclose the reasons for rejecting an application.
I operate more than one web site. Can I still be an Affiliate?
Yes. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate. You can have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites.
How do I sign up?
First, you must read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Then, you complete our online application form. After your application is submitted, and unless you hear differently from us within 48 hours, your application would have been approved.
I lost my login info, how can I get it back?
Simply write an email to partners@hansagaming.com and we'll send you back your information.
How does the program work?
An Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our web site. You do this by placing links on your site. Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer plays with Hansa Gaming, you are eligible to earn a commission. In every month that you have earned more than $50, we'll pay you for the commission amount due to you based on rake of the customers you have referred.
How much is the commission?

Earn up to 40% of the net rake of every customer you send that plays at Hansa Poker. The more customers you send, the more money you earn!
Hansa Gaming's commission rates are based on the company's monthly net win and rake models. All commissions below are shown in USD $.
You will earn referral fees based on the Net Rake minus Special Bonuses (these include all bonuses which are not our sign up or reload specials), according to fee schedules to be established by us from time to time. We retain the right to change the fee schedule and method of calculation of fees as we wish.

Is my web site eligible to become an Affiliate?
Most sites will qualify to participate in the program. Anyone may submit an application, but we do reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a site’s membership at any time if we deem that it contains objectionable material.
What are my responsibilities an as Affiliate?
The only thing you are responsible for is using the code, and for placing links and banners on your site. We handle everything else.
What are your responsibilities?
We will provide you with the tools and support you need to maximize sales through your site. We also handle all customer service and processing of all customers you send our way. The same great customer service we have been providing since 1985.
I don’t have a web site. Can I still apply?
Yes, submit your application stating the fact that you don't have a website and our affiliate manager will contact you to find a way to bring you on board.
What if I operate more than one web site?
You can use the same Affiliate account for the different sites on which you wish to advertise the Hansa Gaming banner. You will receive one commission payment for all your sites.
Can I participate in other Affiliate Programs?
Yes.

Will becoming an Affiliate increase traffic to my site?
Our Affiliate Program is a revenue-sharing program. It is not designed to help you increase traffic to your site; however, it enhances your site with content, so your user return rate may be higher.

How do I create links?

Where should I place text links and banners on my site?
You may create multiple click-thru links to promote the same product and it becomes useful for tracking different banner positions so you can optimize your promotional efforts. Click here for more info.
How to place a banner on my site?
You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find, such as your homepage. Some areas you may want to place your links include your home page, your navigation bar, and any other traffic areas. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to see it and want to join our service. Click here for more info.

Tracking, Payments and Reporting
How much can I earn?
Commissions are uncapped. We can not predict how much you will earn from our Affiliate Program because we don’t know anything about your web site or your visitors.
How often do I get paid?
We will pay you for a percentage of the sales that you have referred to our site every month (at around the 12th), provided you have earned more than the $50 minimum amount. If your earnings are below $50, no payment will be made for that particular month and earning figures will be carried over to the next month.
How can I be paid?
The most convenient method is Neteller, provided the commissions to be paid do not exceed 2,500 USD. In case commissions are higher, we can wire transfer the amount directly into your bank account.
What about Customer Fraud and chargebacks?
If a new member cancels his account before he puts it into action, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.
How can I monitor my sales?
You can monitor your sales by accessing reports as often as you like through the affiliate login link on http://adv.hansagaming.com/
Who processes orders and handles customer service?
We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest!
How will you know that the orders came from my site?
All text links and banners from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you at the end of each month based on the customers play.
What happens if I terminate my affiliate membership? Will I be paid for my earnings if they don’t surpass your payment threshold?
Yes, you will be paid all monies owed to you up to the time you terminate your membership.
How long after a visitor has clicked on my tracktext links and banners ers would commission be accountable?
Visitors who click thru on your referral text links and banners to any of the Hansa Gaming websites are cookied for 365 days. That means that even if your potential customer visits the websites and for some reason does not register for an account right then and there, Hansa Gaming will recognize them as a customer referred by you. If they establish an account while the cookie is in effect - they are your customer for life.
