1. OUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1.1 REGISTER YOUR CUSTOMERS
We will register your customers and will track their play. We reserve the right to refuse customers (or to close their accounts) if necessary to comply with any requirements we may periodically establish. ("Customer" means your visitors that use the link from your site to ours and open an account with us. By opening an account with us, they will become our Customers and, accordingly, all HANSA GAMING INTERNATIONAL rules, policies, and operating procedures will apply to them.)
1.2 TRACK CUSTOMERS' PLAY
We will track your customers' plays and will make available to you a report summarizing their activities. The form, content and frequency of the reports may vary from time to time based on our discretion. Access to the activity and the referral fees generated from the customers you referred will be made available to you on our website the day following your successful application.
1.3 PAY A REFERRAL FEE
We will pay you referral fees based on the NET RAKE and NET WIN (defined below) we earn from players directed from your site after they open an account with us and wager for real money.
1.4 MODIFICATION
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site, which we will notify you of. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees and Affiliate Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE (WHICH WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF) WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.
1.5 RIGHT TO REJECT ANY APPLICATION
We will evaluate your application and, where applicable, notify you of your acceptance. We may reject your application if we determine, in our sole discretion, that Your Site is not suitable for the Affiliate Program for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content on Your Site that we deem is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, which by way of example only, contains (i) sexually explicit, pornographic or obscene content (whether in text or graphics), (ii) speech or images that are offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, harassing or discriminatory (whether based on race, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical disability or otherwise), (iii) graphic violence, (iv) politically sensitive or controversial issues or (v) any unlawful behavior or conduct. Similarly, we shall reject your application if we determine, in our sole discretion, that Your Site is designed to appeal to minors. If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Affiliate Program at any time. However, we are not under any obligation whatsoever to disclose the reasons for rejecting an application. |
